Phone Number Management Rebuilt with Universal Features

Phone number management in Close is rebuilt so every number supports all features (members, shared ringing, routing, menus, voicemail, forwarding) and includes previously premium features for free; admins with the proper permission can view and manage all organization numbers, while others see only their own. New per‑number settings let numbers be used as outbound caller ID by non‑members and by voice agents, replacing the old group‑number behavior.
