Full-stack frameworks now Generally Available on Cloudflare Workers
React Router v7, Astro, Hono, Vue.js, Nuxt, and SvelteKit are now generally available on Cloudflare Workers for production use. Next.js, Angular, and SolidStart are in beta, and developers can also build full-stack apps with Vite and React without a framework.
The following full-stack frameworks now have Generally Available ("GA") adapters for Cloudflare Workers, and are ready for you to use in production:

You can also build complete full-stack apps on Workers without a framework:
