WAF enhancements for SQL Injection detection

Cloudflare has deployed improvements to WAF detection rules for SQL Injection attacks, including rule enhancements and merges to improve detection resilience. Beta rules for SQL injection detection have been consolidated into primary rules for better coverage.

This week's release focuses on improvements to existing detections to enhance coverage.
