Create segments with AI Assistant
The AI Assistant can now generate customer segments from natural language descriptions, allowing you to quickly build segments for automations and audience grouping without manual configuration.
You can also create segments from the Assistant. Describe your criteria, and it will build a segment you can use to trigger automations or group members of your audience.
At the top of your workspace, click the message bubble to get started. Make sure Customer.io AI is enabled in AI settings to access the full experience!
