Native WhatsApp support
Customer.io now supports sending WhatsApp messages using Meta-approved templates. Users can create templates in their Facebook/WhatsApp Business Account and send them directly through Customer.io.
WhatsApp messages are based on templates approved by Meta. You’ll create templates in your Facebook/WhatsApp Business Account and then use them to send messages from Customer.io.
