Redesigned automation builder with unified workflow editing

The automation builder has been redesigned to consolidate settings, trigger data, and workflow management in a single interface. Users can now modify automation settings from a top-left menu and build workflows using a drag-and-drop interface, with no action required and full backward compatibility for existing automations.

Our new automation builder has all the same features and functionality as before, but now you can modify settings, trigger data, and your workflow from one place! Modify automation settings in the top-left menu, and click + Build at the bottom to drag messages and actions onto your workflow. You’ll automatically have the new experience the next time you log in; no action is needed on your part. All your existing automations will continue to work as expected.
