Track metrics for subscription center topics

You can now view unsubscribe rates for subscription center topics in Performance & Delivery Metrics, Message Metrics, and the Analysis Dashboard. This helps you monitor topic interest and understand subscriber preferences.

You can now view unsubscribe rates for subscription center topics when viewing Performance & Delivery Metrics or Message Metrics for automations and API-triggered broadcasts within the Metrics tab. For newsletters, go to the Overview tab. You can also compare metrics through your Analysis Dashboard. This data can help you determine subscription topic interest by monitoring unsubscribe rates.
