ClickHouse connection-level settings and ADBC driver support
Added connection-level settings for ClickHouse including profile custom_settings, synchronous-operation defaults, default database mapping to profile schema, literal '?' support in SQL, and dbt version identification in HTTP User-Agent via the new adbc_clickhouse driver.
