Support Databricks persist_constraints and schema.yml meta.constraints
dbt now recognizes Databricks persist_constraints and schema.yml meta.constraints, enabling Fusion to persist legacy constraints and unnamed primary-key expressions. Additionally, table-property comparison now retains all remote properties to better detect changes to configured properties.
