GitHub draft pull requests, CSV export and team/project notifications
Linear now supports GitHub draft pull requests that sync with issues and automatically trigger automation when marked ready for review. Users can subscribe to team and project notifications for better issue triage, and workspace admins can export issue data to CSV format.
GitHub draft pull requests and issue descriptions
We added support for GitHub draft pull requests in Linear. If you open a draft pull request, which is linked with an issue, it will show up as a draft in Linear. When the pull request is marked as ready for review, it will trigger automation in Linear and move the issue to the in progress status.
Links to the Linear issue in associated GitHub pull requests have also been improved. The pull request link can now be expanded to show the full description of the issues without leaving GitHub.
Subscribe to team/project notifications
Users now have the option to subscribe to all team and project notifications. This should make it easier to triage new issues and manage the overall scope.
Team: Select Subscribe to team notifications from the command menu (Command/Ctrl+k)
Project: Open projects page and select Subscribe to project notifications from the project card menu
CSV export
Issue data can now be exported in CSV format by workspace admins. You can schedule the export in Import/export settings and you'll be emailed the download link once the exported data is available.

Linear Agent now offers adaptive routing to optimize model selection by task complexity, environment secrets support for secure dependency access, and open-weight model options including GLM. Teams can define custom project labels and statuses, assign project leads, use durable IDs for projects and initiatives, and automate workflows with new team-based triggers for onboarding and reassignment.
Loops, Linear's recurring agent workflows, now respond to more workspace activity including project, initiative, and cycle changes, can edit Linear documents and post updates to Slack. This helps teams automate coordination tasks like updating docs and keeping stakeholders informed when plans change.

Additionally, document editing is now available on iOS and Android, rich previews render in diffs, draft projects with Linear Agent for planning, and admins can approve third-party app access on paid plans.
