Search notifications using Cmd + F

Added the ability to search notifications using Cmd+F keyboard shortcut, also available in issue, roadmap, and projects views. This release includes multiple bug fixes and improvements across the product including support for linking multiple issues in PRs, Slack notifications fixes, custom theme support, and enhancements to the template and list management systems.
