Command palette, menu navigation, and collaborative template editing improvements

Command palette improvements  The Command palette now returns recently viewed apps and actions, plus templates and third-party apps like Notion, Youtube, and Amplitude.  Refreshed main menu navigation  The board menu and settings have been refreshed so you can more quickly and easily manage your settings. Part of a gradual rollout plan, soon everyone will find more options under Board (including Board History), View, Preferences, and Help. Collaborative editing for custom templates Gradual roll-out of multi-user editing for custom templates.
