Email address options for access requests

Company admins on the Enterprise plan can now configure any email address to receive Miro access requests, with options to notify all admins, specific emails, create service desk tickets, or redirect to service desk. Additionally, users can now annotate diagrams with callouts to add key details and highlight important information.

Use any email address for Miro Access Requests Enterprise plan Company admins have more options to streamline their day-to-day management of Miro. Company admins can now use any email address (1-5) to receive Miro access requests. There are four options for request management in Security settings: 1. Notify all admins 2. Notify specific emails (NEW!) 3. Create a service desk ticket (Jira Service Management or ServiceNow) 4. Redirect to service desk Add important information to your diagram with callouts Annotate your diagrams with callouts to add key details, without clutter.
