Guest Role for Enterprise Customers and Customizable Idle Timeout

Guest role is now available for Enterprise FLP customers, allowing admins to invite unlimited external collaborators to edit boards for free. Additionally, Enterprise admins can now customize idle session timeout in Security settings (15 minutes to 2 weeks) to match organizational security requirements.

Guest Role for Enterprise (FLP) Customers The Guest role is now available for Enterprise customers on Flexible Licensing Program (FLP) subscriptions. This will allow admin to invite an unlimited number of external collaborators to edit Miro boards, for free. With this Guest role, users must be on an external domain, and registered to use Miro. Note: The name “Guest” will appear in the product, however the functionality will not work until you turn it on. To request this feature to be turned on, please reach out to your CSM. Visit our Help Center to learn more.  Customizable idle timeout Enterprise Company Admins customize the length of the idle session timeout for their organization in the Security settings. Session timeout is an important Enterprise security measure and you’ll be able to adjust it based on your organization’s requirements (Min 15 minutes, Max 2 weeks).
