Improvements to Miro apps and new Miroverse templates

Miro desktop app now supports rearrangeable board tabs for better organization, and mobile app users can follow/unfollow comments and access improved drawing tools like Lasso and Highlighter. Miroverse added 30 new templates and welcomed 19 new creators to the community.
