Microsoft Teams integration, automated user deactivation, and performance improvements
Miro can now be shared with non-account holders via Microsoft Teams for real-time collaboration, Enterprise users gain automated deactivation of inactive users, and board loading speeds improved by 10%+ for content-heavy boards and down to 40 seconds for massive collaborative sessions.

Automated deactivation and access expiration of Non-Team users Previously in beta, now available for all Enterprise users: This new feature helps automate the deactivation of users by allowing Company Admins to set automated deactivations based on inactivity after 30 days. There are two significant board performance improvements we are excited to share: We improved loading speed for content-heavy boards with 5000+ objects by at least 10% We reduced the maximum board loading time for massive collaborative sessions with 100+ users to 40 seconds for the majority of cases (and more often than not even less than that!) Please, note, that Miro performance may vary depending on the device you are using and the speed of your Internet connection.
Miro now integrates with Claude Design, allowing designs to be sent directly to boards in one click. Additionally, Prototype Variations lets teams generate and compare multiple design directions from a single prompt side by side before committing to a direction.
Connect Miro to Claude Code via MCP to push code explorations directly onto the canvas as prototype screens, enabling teams to collaborate and align on next steps in a single workspace.
Miro now enables improved conversion of screenshots and Figma assets into connected prototypes, automatically matching UI structure and styling from your original designs to create natural multi-screen flows. This functionality is included in the Miro Prototypes Add-on.
