New app request flow for enterprise organizations

Enterprise users can now request apps through Miro, and admins can view, approve, or deny requests in a single interface for better control and visibility. Miro also adds Jira Service Management integration so app and license requests automatically flow as tickets, streamlining enterprise management.

New Miro Enterprise App Request Flow With our new automatic app request, users within enterprise organizations will be able to easily let admins know which apps they'd like to use with Miro. Admins will be able to view and approve or deny requests in a single space, adding more control and visibility over the apps an organization uses. Visit the Help Center to learn more. Request management integration also with Jira Service Management Enterprise Company admins can streamline day-to-day management of Miro by using ITSM also from Jira in addition to ServiceNow. With this integration, requests from Miro flow automatically as tickets to Jira Service Management. Save time by automating requests from users around license requests and joining a team or organization. Visit the Help Center to learn more about Request Management.
