This month Miroverse brings you over 30 new templates and introduces 21 new creators, including three workshops from Dropbox that’ll help you improve team health and team effectiveness. ❤️Get to know your team: Use this 45 minute workshop to build trust and understand what makes your teammates tick. 🧘‍♀️Evaluate your team’s well-being: Use this 50 minute workshop to assess your team’s holistic health —and make course corrections before you’re overstressed or burned out. 🎉Run a retrospective: Use this 45 minute exercise to celebrate wins, develop empathy for team members, and quickly learn from mistakes.
