Zoom and Dialpad integrations, mandatory password protection for Enterprise
Miro now integrates with Zoom and Dialpad for seamless collaboration within those platforms. Enterprise Plan customers gain new admin features including mandatory password protection for public boards, SaaS management integrations, bulk user selection, and expanded audit logging.
Meet the new Miro app for Zoom Miro is now seamlessly integrated into the Zoom experience. That means less context switching and more collaborating. With the Miro app for Zoom, you get a canvas for co-creation on every meeting, making them more hands-on and productive. With the new app you can: Stay in the flow with instant access to Miro from within Zoom to easily collaborate on existing boards or create new ones without toggling between windows. Get everyone on board with one-click sharing and the ability to set access controls for participants, all within Zoom, so they can contribute right away. See the engagement with access to your favorite facilitation tools and the flexibility to work on boards in the main viewing area without losing sight of everyone in the meeting. It is available by default for all free users and available for download from the Dialpad App Marketplace for all Dialpad Meetings users on a paid plan. Miro has partnered with Bettercloud, Productiv and Zylo to bring SaaS management integrations to Miro users. These integrations will allow admins to leverage their SaaS management platform to view information on Miro license consumption and activity. Read more here. Miro administrators on the Enterprise Plan now have the ability to enforce mandatory passwords on all boards that are shared publicly. Learn more here. Bulk select for user management
Admins on the Enterprise Plan can now easily select up to 50 users at a time, allowing for easier management of users when deleting, deactivating or creating new teams. Audit Logs
Additional audit log events are now available. Under user management, admins can now determine if a user license has been converted to a free restricted license. Learn more about our audit logs in the Help Center.
Miro now integrates with Claude Design, allowing designs to be sent directly to boards in one click. Additionally, Prototype Variations lets teams generate and compare multiple design directions from a single prompt side by side before committing to a direction.
Connect Miro to Claude Code via MCP to push code explorations directly onto the canvas as prototype screens, enabling teams to collaborate and align on next steps in a single workspace.
Miro now enables improved conversion of screenshots and Figma assets into connected prototypes, automatically matching UI structure and styling from your original designs to create natural multi-screen flows. This functionality is included in the Miro Prototypes Add-on.
