Mullvad VPN submenu no longer fails to populate when there are no non-Mullvad exit nodes
Fixed an issue on Windows where the Mullvad VPN submenu would fail to populate with Mullvad exit nodes if the tailnet had no non-Mullvad exit nodes available.
Note: v1.76.3 includes fixes for Windows devices only, and is exclusively released for Windows.
