Tailscale v1.76.1
This release fixes a netcheck CLI crash on networks without UDP, DNS timeout issues with malformed SERVFAIL responses when using exit nodes, dbus login failures on Linux systems missing /bin/login, and Android app crashes when editing split tunneling settings.
