Tailscale v1.86.2
Patch release addressing a client deadlock issue, port mapping crashes, macOS state file reading problems, system extension warnings, and fixes to syspolicy CLI command output display on both macOS and Windows platforms.
Note: v1.86.1 was an internal-only release.
