Tailscale v1.90.8
This release fixes multiple critical issues including panic and deadlock problems in Peer Relays, a memory leak, a security vulnerability affecting Linux nodes with Tailnet Lock, and a macOS sleep/wake connectivity issue.
Note: v1.90.7 was an internal-only release.
All platforms- Fixed: Panic issue related to Peer Relays is resolved.
- Fixed: Deadlock issue no longer occurs when handling Peer Relays endpoint allocation requests.
- Fixed: Memory leak in Peer Relays is resolved.
- Fixed: Nodes without the
tailscaled --statedirflag or theTS_STATE_DIRenvironment variable no longer fail to enforce signing checks in tailnets with Tailnet Lock enabled. This fix addresses a security vulnerability described in TS-2025-008.
- Fixed: Connectivity issue related to sleep and wake is resolved.

Device Posture Monitoring and Alerts
Admins can now configure monitoring and alerts for device posture to help diagnose connectivity problems. New capabilities include badges on the Machines page, filtering by failing postures, custom error messages on clients, and push notifications for posture failures.
