Contact Center SDK iOS 1.3.0

Added in-app chat-to-video upgrade capability that lets agents escalate chat conversations to video calls while preserving chat history, plus waiting room support for slides and audio, configurable video previews before joining, and call acceptance notifications. Contact Center SDKs for Android and iOS are now generally available.
