Dashboard API meeting minute calculation change
Zoom is updating Dashboard API formulas for calculating meeting and webinar minutes to provide more accurate participant totals, effective April 1, 2022. This may increase reported meeting minute values for meetings with over 500 attendees, but will not affect smaller meetings or historical data.
Beginning April 1, 2022 Zoom will update formulas to calculate Meeting and Webinar Dashboard API meeting minutes to provide more accurate totals by expanding how participants are calculated. This change will not affect meetings with 500 attendees or less but may cause a significant increase in meeting minutes values reported. The update will not change historical data.
