Deprecation of Call Log APIs and enhancements to Call History APIs
Zoom Phone API is deprecating v1 Call Logs APIs in May 2026, replacing them with new Call History endpoints introduced in December 2023. Developers have until May 2026 to migrate using the updated Get account call history and Get call history endpoints.

Key migration endpoints
- Get account call history: Returns summaries of all inbound and outbound calls. Available to admins using account-level OAuth apps with required scopes.
- Get call history: Returns detailed call path logs. (Previously named Get call path.)
