New takeSnapshot method and canvas callbacks

Added a new takeSnapshot method to IZoomVideoSDKCanvas for capturing screenshots from video streams, along with new callbacks onCanvasSnapshotTaken and onCanvasSnapshotIncompatible to notify when snapshots are successfully captured or incompatible. Also fixed a crash when Unicode character length in usernames was shorter than the maximum allowed length.
