SCIM2 User APIs: New response and request fields added

New response fields (zoomQualityManagement, zoomClipsPlus, zoomScheduler, zoomWorkforceManagement) and request fields (zoomQualityManagement, displayName, zoomWorkforceManagement, zoomClipsPlus, zoomScheduler) have been added to the PATCH, PUT, and POST User endpoints in the SCIM2 API to support additional user attributes.
