Video SDK 1.2.0 - JWT field updates
The user_identity field is now optional in JWT payloads, and a new required role_type field distinguishes hosts (1) from participants (0), preventing unauthorized privilege escalation.
The Video SDK version 1.2.0 makes the user_identity field optional in the JWT payload. A new required role_type field is added to indicate if a user is a host or participant. Hosts are assigned a role_type of 1 and participants are assigned a role_type of 0. This prevents participants from gaining host privileges if the host loses access.
