Zoom Contact Center SDK - Android 2.1.0
This release adds closed captioning, transcription and translation controls during video engagements, reconnection to the same agent, agent-initiated chat from waiting rooms with image/file sharing, and fixes issues with customized waiting rooms and image rendering.
