Zoom Meeting SDK - Android - 5.17.5

This release introduces breaking changes to timestamp units (milliseconds to seconds) and InMeetingPollingController interface, while adding host activity status viewing in breakout rooms, in-meeting Q&A support, external UVC camera support, raw data alpha channel support, focus mode support, and new whiteboard features. Multiple bug fixes address issues with stop incoming audio, viewer annotation, and excessive disclaimer dialogs.
