Added new interfaces for controlling waiting room configuration, allowing non-host participants to manage live streaming, uninitializing Meeting SDK, supporting 3D avatars, and switching breakout rooms. Changed meeting SDK conference toolbar and added disclaimer for Zoom IQ. Fixed issues receiving sharing status and breakout room callbacks, sample app crashing, and participants not receiving interpreter active language changed callback.
