Added interfaces to support UI legal notice for sharing in-meeting chat, customized cloud whiteboard UI, sending raw audio data, access raw meeting audio and video data, sharing stereo audio. Fixed issues related to deleting last interpreter, same mic device triggers, invalid user ID for raise hand, invalid share type. Deprecated start CMR interface, `WaitExternalSessionKey` status, skin tone parameter for send emoji reaction.
