Zoom Meeting SDK - web 2.11.0

This release adds screen sharing QOS statistics, audio decoder enhancements, Indonesian and Netherlands language support, a stop incoming audio API, browser compatibility check API, webinar phone audio for attendees, and various UI improvements. It also fixes Safari video rendering, audio issues when screen sharing, i18n bugs, persistent ID inconsistencies, and speaker view bugs.
