Added support for auto-loading hot fixes for media, gallery view on Safari 17, breakout room audio on mobile, and 720p video send on mobile browsers. Fixed issues with special characters in captions, maximumVideo gallery view settings when joining from waiting rooms or breakout rooms, and a UI issue with the security menu chat button.
