Zoom Meeting SDK Windows 5.11.11

This release includes breaking changes with removal of MEETING_STATUS_WAITING_EXTERNAL_SESSION_KEY interface. New interfaces enable access to raw meeting audio/video data, sending raw audio, customizing cloud whiteboard, sharing in-meeting chat to Custom UI, and stereo audio support. Also fixes issues with interpreter deletion, monitor sharing, microphone callbacks, and raw data error handling.
