Zoom Meeting SDK - Windows - 5.16.0

This release adds interfaces for enhanced meeting chat with rich text styles, quoted messages, and message threads, plus support for webinar breakout rooms and camera detection. It also fixes multiple issues with annotations, screen sharing, raw recording, and chat functionality, while deprecating the SendChatMsgTo interface.
