Zoom Meeting SDK - Windows - 5.16.10

This release adds support for custom waiting room images, participant profile picture hiding, webinar attendee promotion reminders, and raw shared audio subscriptions. It also fixes issues with whiteboard ownership, co-host callbacks, annotation bars, camera controls, breakout room assignments, in-meeting chat, and closed captions.
