Zoom Meeting SDK - Windows 5.17.0

This release adds new interfaces for polling management, whiteboard positioning, external user access to private meetings, webinar emoji reactions, cloud storage events, waiting room controls, breakout room configuration, and data center information. Several interfaces are deprecated and multiple bug fixes are included for dashboard view, breakout room callbacks, immersive view screen sharing, and co-host functionality.
