Zoom Video SDK for Android 1.9.0

Fixed crashes during screen sharing cleanup, invalid token handling in getTranslationLanguage, and null parameter initialization, plus inconsistencies with setToolType and getToolType. The legacy ZoomVideoSDK Maven repository is deprecated in favor of new modular repositories for Core, Annotation, and Videoeffects features.
