Added mobile browser support and multiple video support on Chromium. Fixed audio issues on Safari, NSURLSession WebSocket issues, sessionStorage clearing, and idle timeout problems. Safari requires calling startAudio after initializing encoding/decoding workers and restricts auto start of audio before user interaction.
