Enforcing Audience Hub access
Census is restricting Audience Hub access to Enterprise and Business Critical plans starting June 9th, 2026. Existing activation syncs will continue working, but new syncs and segments cannot be created unless customers upgrade their Fivetran plan.

Audience Hub is a feature available in Fivetran's Enterprise and Business Critical plans. Though some legacy Census subscriptions also include access to Audience Hub, only Enterprise and Business Critical plans include access to Audience Hub.
Starting this week (June 9th, 2026), we'll begin limiting Audience Hub access to customers on Fivetran's Standard or Free plans. Not to worry, any existing activation syncs from segments will continue to work without issue. No new activation syncs or segments can be created.
To get access to Audience Hub once more, please visit your Fivetran account's billing page to upgrade to a plan that includes it.
