Planhat: Owner Field, Conversation Object, and Mirror Sync Support
Census now supports mapping Company Owner fields to Planhat users, syncing Conversations as standalone objects, and enabling Mirror Sync for bidirectional record synchronization including deletes. Additionally, datetime custom field mapping is now available.
Our Planhat destination just got more capable. You can now map a Company's Owner field directly to the Planhat user responsible for that account, sync Conversations as their own object, and turn on Mirror Sync to keep Planhat records in lockstep with your warehouse, deletes included. We've also added support for mapping datetime custom fields, like Last Online At.
