Flat Rate CDN now GA for Pro teams
Flat Rate CDN, an alternative to usage-based billing that provides a fixed monthly bill with included capacity, is now generally available for Pro teams. New Pro teams have it enabled by default, and existing teams can switch over in their billing settings.

Capacity is set at the team level, not the project level, so a spike on a single project draws on the team-level allowance.
Spike protection is on by default. With spike protection, traffic above your tier's capacity is served normally, without degraded performance, and isn't billed (subject to the ).fair use guidelines
1M requests and 1 TB of data transfer are included with Pro. Additional monthly capacity can be purchased by upgrading to a higher Flat Rate CDN tier.
