Node.js 24 LTS now generally available for builds and functions

Node.js 24 is now available as the default runtime for Vercel builds and functions. Version 24.x includes V8 13.6 with performance improvements, new JavaScript features like Float16Array, Global URLPattern API for simplified URL routing, Undici v7 for faster HTTP performance, and npm v11 for better package compatibility.
