Skills v1.1.1: Interactive discovery, open source release, and agent support

Skills 1.1.1 adds interactive skill discovery via npx skills find, becomes fully open source on GitHub, and introduces support for 27 coding agents with a meta "find-skills" skill for programmatic discovery. The deprecated npx add-skill command is replaced with the new npx skills interface, and a new npx skills update command simplifies maintenance.
