Using the latest Next.js 12.3 features on Vercel
Vercel now natively supports Next.js 12.3 features including Fast Refresh for .env files, Image Component improvements, and routing updates. These features work out of the box and are enhanced on Vercel to improve developer workflow and iteration speed.
