Custom Fields have a new home
Custom Fields are now accessible from the conversation header via a new custom field icon, with required fields displayed above non-required fields in the panel.
You can now access Custom Fields in the conversation header by selecting the new custom field icon. The custom field panel now displays required fields above the line and non-required fields below. As you reply, you’ll also be able to set any required custom fields directly within the editor. Read more about Custom Fields here.
