• (Personal) Export project tasks to Excel: Export tasks from a project directly into an Excel file for deeper analysis or sharing outside Asana.
• (Personal) Deprecate Limited Access Members (LAMs): Simplified permission management by eliminating Limited Access Members on teams and making team membership and project access explicit.
• (Starter) Restrict the creation of workspaces in organizations: Limit the creation of new workspaces to admins so that they can keep work consolidated in the right organization.
• (Starter) Mobile reference custom field support: Use reference custom fields more easily on mobile with improved navigation and access to linked objects.
• (Starter) AI Studio usage history export (CSV): Export AI Studio usage history as a CSV so admins can review activity and monitor credit consumption.
• (Starter) Google Drive folder search for AI Studio: Let AI Studio securely search, reference, and use content from attached Google Drive folders within AI workflows.
• (Starter) Words to workflow chat in AI Studio: Expanded rule creation from a single-message experience to a back-and-forth chat that helps users create AI rules.
• (Starter) Mobile support for Timesheets and Budgets add-on users: Track time on tasks from mobile and see it reflected in Timesheets on web.
• (Advanced) Reference custom fields in advanced search: Use advanced search to filter and report on tasks by the values stored in custom fields.
• (Advanced) Goals custom fields: Add and view custom fields on goals so teams can standardize how they track status, owners, and other key details.
• (Advanced) CSV import for RBAC roles: Import and update user roles in bulk using CSV so admins can roll out role based access control at scale.
• (Enterprise+) Role based access control (RBAC) with custom roles: Define and apply custom roles so admins can give people more precise permissions across Asana. Also available via the Permissions Management add-on.
• (Add-on) Timesheets and Budgets add-on: Optimize decision-making and project outcomes with real-time visibility into budgets, time, and costs. Track progress with accurate timesheet data, monitor project health with budget tracking, and manage resources with flexible user rate cards.
